The African Management Initiative (AMI)
Sales & Business Development
Nairobi, Kenya
AMI is looking for ambitious and driven Growth Guide Coordinators(2) to lead field-based programme delivery across Rwanda's Northern and Eastern districts — coordinating, enabling, and strengthening the performance of Growth Guides to drive measurable impact for MSMEs at scale. We are seeking to hire these roles Immediately and encourage applicants who can start within 2 weeks.
This role sits at the heart of programme execution. It demands a strong field presence, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to solve complex operational challenges in real time — often in remote and resource-constrained environments. They will bring a proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, maintain rigorous standards in the field, and coach and motivate a distributed team of Growth Guides to perform at their best.
The Growth Guide Coordinator will work closely with Growth Guides, consortium partners and internal AMI teams to ensure effective programme delivery, strong data integrity, and continuous improvement in field operations.
This position is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in Rwanda's Northern or Eastern districts. Candidates must have an established presence in the region, strong familiarity with the local context, and the ability to be fully operational in the field from the first day of engagement. No relocation support is available. Applications from outside these regions will not be considered.
