About the Role

AMI is seeking a reliable, highly organized and efficient Operations Consultant to support the Managing Director of AMI Enterprise on a part-time basis. This temporary role will provide hands-on operational and coordination support to ensure priorities are tracked, commitments are met and execution across teams remains strong.

The role suits someone who is comfortable working closely with senior leadership, managing multiple moving parts and ensuring follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Project Coordination
  • Track all projects, initiatives, and outcomes involving the Managing Director using Zoho, Monday.com, and other required tools

  • Monitor progress against commitments and proactively flag risks or delays

  • Maintain clear visibility of priorities and timelines

Meetings & Follow-Up
  • Attend selected meetings to take clear, accurate notes and capture decisions and action items

  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed as agreed

Communication & Execution Support
  • Draft and send emails and Slack messages on behalf of the Managing Director

  • Make follow-up calls where necessary to drive completion of tasks

  • Support alignment and accountability across teams

Performance & Data Support
  • Assist team members with performance data capture

  • Support basic data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making


Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, or executive support roles

  • Strong technical competence in digital productivity tools; comfort using AI tools is an advantage

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Highly reliable and self-directed, able to work independently without close supervision

  • Comfortable handling complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong relationship-building skills, sound professional judgment, and confidence supporting senior leadership

  • Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through

  • Ability to create, maintain, and improve simple systems and processes to support effective execution

  • Familiarity with Zoho, Monday.com, or similar tools

  • Data analysis skills and the ability to support or train others in basic reporting
