The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager based in Kenya leads the design and implementation of M&E systems to track and enhance performance and outcomes. This includes developing tools, analyzing data, supporting capacity building, and managing reporting processes. The role ensures effective stakeholder collaboration, oversees M&E staff development, and leverages data visualization for decision-making. Additionally, the Manager drives learning agendas and strategic partnerships to promote organizational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in M&E, preferably in the education, business development, or entrepreneurship sector.
Strong technical skills in M&E implementation & method, data collection, analysis, visualization, and database management.
Proficiency in M&E tools, data analysis software, and dashboard platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS/R).
Experience in designing and delivering capacity-building initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience in drafting reports, briefs, and dissemination materials, as well as direct client facing ability
Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated understanding of Africa’s business and entrepreneurship ecosystem is highly desirable.
Ability to develop comprehensive frameworks, indicators, and tools aligned with program goals.
Expertise in results-based management, logic models, and theories of change.
Experience in generating actionable insights to improve program outcomes.
Strong writing and presentation skills to translate complex data into accessible insights.
Strong critical thinking skills to assess program impact and address challenges effectively.
Flexibility to work in dynamic environments and across diverse cultural contexts.
