Are you looking for a fun and flexible part time job? If so, we might have something perfect for you! Apply to join our Customer Success Team!
We are looking for a person that want's to join our customer success team who will work part time (about 10 hours a week), depending on availability and needs.
Some of the things that you will do:
- Receive and respond to incoming emails, calls and chats from visitors and customers.
- Receive and handle complaints from our end customers but also against transport companies and suppliers.
- Close cooperation with the remaining parts of the logistics chain.
Who you are:
We are looking for you who loves to work with customers, sales and advice! We see that you can and like to work independently and that you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Having an aptitude for logical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset is a plus for understanding everything from the customer's needs to the finished product.
You will work with our most complex customer service cases, especially complaints. Therefore, we see that you have previous experience of working with advanced customer service and if you are an experienced user of Zendesk, that would also be beneficial.
Swedish is mandatory.
