About the Role:

As the Program Manager you will be integral to our growth strategy, ensuring the seamless execution of our pilot operations while building supplier and customer relationships in the solar, chemicals and semiconductor industries. This role requires a highly organised culture builder with excellent communication skills and a positive mindset to achieve our objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans for pilot operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of R&D activities. Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams, maintaining clear communication lines with the CEO and tech lead.
• Supplier and Resource Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring availability of spares and service staff to support operational and growth plans.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with LOI customers, establish new partnerships, and gain deep insights into their market needs.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Engage deeply with operational details while contributing to strategic management decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market intelligence, preferably within the technology or chemical sectors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
