We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Operations Team in Manila. Members of our Operations team oversee the flow of voting data through our systems. We liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to perform key reconciliation tasks and ensure that proxy voting activities are monitored and executed promptly. Our members will gain an in-depth knowledge of proxy voting mechanics and use this knowledge to help troubleshooting issues, identify areas for process improvement, and partner with Client Services and Research to provide our clients with a superior service experience

This role is a full-time employment and hybrid, based out of our Makati office, with regular in-person attendance three days a week.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • English Proficiency (Written and Oral)

  • Carry out daily voting processes on behalf of clients
  • Contribute to the ongoing management and improvement of the daily voting processes
  • Review daily Client Service exception reports to identify trends and ensure corrective action is taken
  • Assist with the execution of client standing instructions for vote processing
  • Assist with client reporting and analysis requests
  • Provide detailed reporting on monthly key performance indicators, reconciliation outcomes and resolutions, and other activities as needed
  • Execute voting through third-party platforms that do not have direct data feeds
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects involving the collection and analysis of data
  • Escalate issues on a timely basis so that appropriate action can be taken to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware of any impact on client deliverables
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and develop effective solutions
  • Update and maintain process documentation to reflect changes and improvements
  • Collaborate with different internal business teams and external stakeholders to resolve client inquiries
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
