About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact People Team Manager with strong expertise in AI Innovation, Talent Acquisition, Coaching across EMEA. Knowledge of benefits, and HR Compliance and other HR skills are considered a plus. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a regional management role. You will support and drive People operations across EMEA. Focus will be on the Netherlands and other countries may be added.
This role is Temporary and hybrid, based out of our Amsterdam office, with regular in-person attendance three days a week.

- 5–8+ years in HR Operations/Talent Acquisition;
- Strong experience supporting EMEA markets;
- Solid working knowledge of EMEA labour laws, compliance, and statutory benefits;
- Strong Excel skills (Power BI is a plus);
- Experience with HRIS and EOR vendors is an advantage;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or any related field.
- AI Integration & Automation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into daily People Ops workflows,to increase efficiency and reduce manual burden;
- AI Upskilling & Literacy: Partner with leadership to champion AI literacy across the EMEA People team, ensuring employees understand how to use internal AI tools ethically and effectively.
- Own benefits (HMO, insurance, retirement);
- Manage vendors, renewals, and cost reviews;
- Provide advisory on benefits across EMEA.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements;
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, and EOR vendors;
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, changes);
- Advise stakeholders on policies and regional practices;
- Organize events and some office duties are included;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Analyse labour costs, headcount, and compensation data;
- Build reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI);
- Drive standardization and improvements across EMEA;
- Support HR policy and framework development.
