We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our growing team in Manila. This role will primarily focus on designing, developing, and enhancing reporting capabilities through Power BI to support business decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with data visualization, reporting automation, and translating business requirements into scalable dashboards and actionable insights. This role will work closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams, to improve reporting quality, accessibility, and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including:
    • Data modeling
    • DAX formulas
    • Power Query
    • Dashboard development
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL and database querying
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
  • Experience supporting Finance or operational reporting environments
  • Exposure to SaaS, technology, or multinational organizations is an asset
  • Experience with automation or ETL processes is preferred

Power BI Development & Reporting
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Improve and standardize reporting across departments
  • Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual processes
  • Create executive-level dashboards and KPI tracking tools
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Support recurring business reviews with timely and accurate reporting
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives
Data Management & Process Improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and define business metrics
  • Improve data models, reporting structures, and data governance practices
  • Support data validation and troubleshooting activities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and enhance scalability
