The Generalist, People Team is a well-rounded HR partner responsible for delivering core people operations across the APAC region, with primary focus on the Philippines and eventual support for markets including Japan and Australia. This role spans the full spectrum of HR functions — from data reporting and analytics — and contributes meaningfully to building an employee-oriented, high-performance culture at Glass Lewis.
This role is full-time, permanent and hybrid, based out of our Manila (Makati City) office, with regular in-person attendance at least three days a week.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Statistics or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics or as data scientist
- Strong focus on HR reporting and technology management is a plus
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to build and maintain accurate HR reports, trackers and dashboards.
- Knowledge on VBA, Scripts, Python a plus
- Working experience with at least one HRIS and ATS platform (e.g., HiBob, or similar).
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in HR processes and workflows.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate it into clear, actionable reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across all levels and diverse global teams.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using MS Excel and/ or Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, visual clarity, and timely delivery to stakeholders across regions.
- Develop and automate regular HR metrics reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, performance, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Support recruitment reporting by extracting and analyzing data from ATS platforms
- Translate complex HR data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for HR Business Partners, COEs, and senior leadership.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and manual inputs, to produce unified and reliable reporting outputs.
- Leverages AI capabilities to streamline HR operations, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across people functions.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee records and HR master data.
- Collaborate with People Team and IT teams on system enhancements, data migrations, and process improvements.
- Provides support across the Global People Team, partnering with stakeholders to deliver consistent and effective people operations.
- Align reporting timelines and deliverables with the needs of global stakeholders, including accommodating schedule flexibility when required for cross-regional collaboration.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR reporting processes and reduce manual workload through automation and tool optimization.
- Support in all of HR projects, maintaining data base or knowledge portals.
- Primary support in all HR Technology tools such as HRIS, ATS, Sharepoint site.
- Partner with learning team to create learning sessions on Excel, Power BI.
- Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
