The Issuer Relations Associate (North America) will assist in coordinating, managing, tracking, and facilitating interactions between Glass Lewis and corporate issuers/their representatives. This is an excellent opportunity to hone skills in communications, account management, investor relations, and financial services. The Issuer Relations Associate (North America) will liaise and communicate with mid-and-senior-level employees at publicly traded companies, and gain industry-related knowledge about corporate structure, shareholder rights, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. The is a full-time, hybrid position that requires regular office attendance. The role is based in our Kansas City office.

  • 3+ years’ experience in communications, customer success/administration, or similar role.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, speaking, and email), with a friendly disposition. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external parties.

  • A well-organized, process-orientated, systematic approach to work.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with technology; high-level of computer proficiency and typing skills.

  • Salesforce, CRM, and/or HubSpot experience preferred.

  • Ability to comprehend and summarize incoming inquiries in a succinct manner.

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Desire to work in a professional, fast-paced environment with other bright people.

  • Proficiency in English language required.

  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with public company executives.

  • Support Glass Lewis’ global engagement program by tracking and facilitating interactions between the Glass Lewis and public companies/their representatives.

  • Serve as the primary contact for corporate issuers, facilitating meeting logistics and providing access to Glass Lewis’ research products and services.

  • Respond to inquiries from public company representatives, redirecting or escalating matters where necessary.

  • Manage and expand Glass Lewis’ broader engagement initiatives and corporate feedback processes, including the Issuer Data Report (IDR) program and the Report Feedback Statement (RFS) service.

  • Encourage broader issuer participation and a deeper understanding of these services by contributing analytics, reporting and communications.

  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and internal processes for more effective engagement communications and administration.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the corporate business, research, and product teams.

  • Support North America corporate business subscription renewal outreach and processing, as needed.

  • Become well-versed in topics of corporate structure, shareholder rights, and the emerging field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG).

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.
