We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator. The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and governance of the organization’s SharePoint environment. This role ensures that SharePoint sites, permissions, content structures, and integrations are optimized, secure, and aligned with business needs.

  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint site administration and permissions models.
  • Experience with SharePoint customization (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
  • Experience with SharePoint workflows and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft 365 Certified Developer Associate or related certification.
• Experience working with large, distributed environments.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and enterprise-level access management.
  • Administer SharePoint environments, including site collections, libraries, lists, permissions, and content structures.
  • Manage global access requests, user provisioning, and platform-level administrative tasks.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and intranet components.
  • Support customization of SharePoint pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint workflows and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and maintain SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and resolve configuration and access-related problems.
  • Maintain documentation on SharePoint configuration, standards, and best practices.
