The Business Analyst, Business Transformation & Internal Delivery plays a key role within the Enterprise PMO, supporting the execution of Operational L1 initiatives, internal system implementations, and business transformation activities across Glass Lewis’ global operations.

This role partners closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders to enable effective delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. Responsibilities include requirements development, process documentation, stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, and maintenance of structured project governance artifacts.

You will support projects that are technology-enabled but business-owned, ensuring disciplined execution through strong documentation, stakeholder alignment, and operational coordination.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, global environments and can bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience supporting project delivery within structured frameworks (PMO, Stage-Gate, Agile, or hybrid environments).
  • Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and executive-ready materials.
  • Experience maintaining project governance artefacts (RAID, status reporting, action tracking, document repositories).
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across cross-functional and global teams.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through to ensure actions and deliverables are completed.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments and bring structure to out-of-scope work.

Education and Experience

  • Under graduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, ora related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, PMO support, or consulting environments.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, operational change, or internal system implementation initiatives.
  • Background in consulting, PMO, or cross-functional delivery environments is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing, business readiness, or operational transition activities is an asset.
  • Familiarity with data migration, system implementation, or workflow redesign in partnership with technical teams is an advantage.
  • Exposure to global or multi-region delivery environments is preferred.

1. Delivery Support and Coordination

  • Support multiple concurrent Operational initiatives by partnering with Project Managers to drive day-to-day execution activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations,Client Services, Research, Technology and Product.
  • Prepare and manage meeting cadences, including agendas, materials, decision tracking, and follow-up actions.
  • Capture meeting outcomes, decisions, risks, and action items, ensuring timely communication and closure.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and business-side commitments to support overall project timelines.
  • Maintain structured project repositories (SharePoint, Asana, or similar) to ensure documentation is current, accessible, and aligned across teams.

2. Business Analysis and Process Documentation

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements, business rules, and operational needs.
  • Develop structured artifacts including business requirements, user scenarios, workflow documentation, and operational impact summaries.
  • Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping to support operational alignment and standardization across regions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable inputs for Project Managers and Technology teams.
  • Support prioritization and clarification of requirements during planning, testing, and implementation phases.

3. Governance, Reporting, and Documentation Management

  • Maintain core Enterprise PMO artefacts including RAID logs, action trackers, dependency registers, and stakeholder lists.
  • Support preparation of executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials.
  • Track risks, issues, and operational constraints, escalating concerns to the Project Manager as appropriate.
  • Ensure project documentation aligns with Enterprise PMO standards and Stage-Gate expectations.
  • Support document version control, archiving, and audit readiness for project materials.

4. Business Readiness and Operational Support

  • Support business readiness activities, including operational impact analysis, transition planning, and coordination of business participation.
  • Assist in planning and coordination for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario development, tester scheduling, and issue tracking.
  • Coordinate training logistics, SOP updates, and operational communication materials.
  • Monitor regional capacity constraints and operational considerations that may affect participation or deployment timing.
  • Support transition-to-BAU activities, including documentation handoff and stabilization tracking.

5. Data and System Change Support

  • Assist with business-side data preparation activities, including data mapping, validation coordination, and migration readiness tracking.
  • Identify operational dependencies related to data availability, quality, or integration timing.
  • Support cutover planning by coordinating business readiness tasks and validation activities.
  • Track data and system-related risks and ensure alignment with overall project readiness.

6. Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a central coordination point between Project Managers and business stakeholders across global teams.
  • Facilitate working sessions, requirements workshops, and cross-functional planning meetings.
  • Develop clear communication materials outlining process changes, timelines, and expectations for global teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication across geographies to ensure alignment and reduce operational risk.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support collaboration andtimelydecision-making.
