We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of our AI-powered corporate governance and climate-oriented research platform. The role focuses on advancing an automated research system that combines AI/LLM-based analysis with a dedicated application for research management and interaction with research outputs. You will be responsible for shaping product evolution, improving usability, and ensuring the platform supports scalable, high-quality automated research.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role within a software, data, or research-focused environment.
• Background or strong interest in corporate governance, sustainability-related analysis, or structured research domains.
• Experience working with automated research systems, AI-powered platforms, or advanced analytics; exposure to LLM-based solutions is a strong advantage.
• Ability to structure complex research and technical topics into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Experience owning and improving user interfaces for professional, analytical, or research-oriented applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple contributors around shared product objectives.
• Experience using product and delivery tools such as Asana and Azure DevOps.
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in an evolving product and research environment.

• Own the product vision and long-term evolution of our automated corporate governance and climate research and data collection application.
• Lead the continuous improvement of the user interface, with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and efficiency.
• Drive enhancements to the AI/LLM-based automated research system, translating research objectives and product goals into clear functional requirements.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain product requirements, specifications, and documentation.
• Oversee the onboarding of new research areas, including indicators, methodologies, products and operational processes.
• Act as the central coordination point between internal teams and contributors involved in product delivery and research production.
• Work closely with development and platform teams to plan releases and track progress using tools such as Asana and Azure DevOps.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders to guide product improvements and ensure research quality.
