Partner Success & Activation Manager

Own and activate a global network of medical partners, turning relationships into real impact. Drive engagement, education, and referrals in a mission-driven biotech shaping the future of healthcare.

Partner Success & Activation Manager

Location: Stockholm (Campus Solna, Karolinska Institute)

The Opportunity

Cellcolabs is looking for a Partner Success & Activation Manager to join our growing Partner team and help activate, engage, and grow our global network of medical partners.

In this role, you’ll work with partners who have signed with Cellcolabs - including physicians, clinics, and longevity-focused groups - and ensure they move from signed to active, educated, and referring patients to our clinical trials. You will own, and in some cases co-own, the partner journey post-signature and be responsible for maintaining continuous engagement through structured outreach, education, and follow-ups.

Success in this role is measured by partner activity level, engagement, and referral performance. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys relationship-building, proactive outreach, and operational ownership in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding & Activation

  • Own the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they receive the right materials, education, and support.

  • Proactively guide partners through their first activation steps.

  • Follow up consistently to move partners from onboarding to first referral activity and beyond.

Ongoing Partner Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners.

  • Maintain a structured outreach plan through calls, emails, updates, webinars, and events.

  • Share ongoing updates, educational content etc to keep partners informed and engaged.

  • Identify inactive or low-engagement partners and take action to re-activate them.

Partner Education & Enablement

  • Ensure partners understand current treatment programs, referral pathways, and follow-up processes.

  • Support and coordinate partner training, webinars, and educational touchpoints.

  • Maintain and continuously improve partner-facing materials such as onboarding guides, referral instructions, FAQs, and educational content.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track partner activity, engagement, and referral metrics using Hubspot.

  • Maintain accurate partner data and reporting, ensuring correct attribution of referrals

  • Share activity and performance updates with partners to support transparency and keep them involved

Systems & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the development and improvement of partner communication systems and workflows, including automation where appropriate.

  • Work closely with Partnerships, Clinical Advisory and Marketing teams to align on messaging, materials, and processes.

  • Share partner insights internally to improve activation flows and partner experience.

Who You Are

  • Structured, proactive, and reliable, with strong follow-through

  • Comfortable owning relationships and driving engagement through regular outreach

  • Clear and confident communicator in both writing and live conversations

  • Relationship-driven and comfortable working with senior medical professionals

  • Curious and motivated to learn about healthcare, biotech, and regenerative medicine

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field

  • A few years of experience in partner success, account management, customer success, or a commercial role

  • Experience from a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, or similar)

  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a strong plus)

  • Fluency in English required; Swedish is a strong plus
