Position: User Support & Community Advocate

Location: Stockholm

Your Role: As a User Support & Community Advocate, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you're at the forefront of our user engagement. You're the creative mind behind our communication and the empathetic voice responding to our community. Your work is essential in shaping Bower's presence and creating lasting impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries across various channels including email, social media, and app stores.
• Write engaging copy for various community channels including newsletters, push notifications, and social media posts (Instagram & Facebook) to articulate our mission and engage our audience.
• Solve user problems, ranging from simple questions to more complex technical issues.
• Keep organized and detailed records of common questions and feedback, using data-driven insights to optimize and automate our responses to better understand our community's needs.
• Work with our product and tech team to continually improve our app, using your insights from user interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, with a friendly and clear approach.
• A knack for solving problems and a comfort with technology.
• A love for engaging with and building communities.
• Organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
• Prior experience in customer support or community management is highly advantageous, particularly if you have worked with Intercom or similar platforms.
