Role Overview:

As the Marketing Automation Lead at Bower, you'll drive our multi-channel communication efforts and product-led growth strategies across various markets. Utilizing Braze or similar, you'll design engaging communications that drive user activation, boost engagement, and increase retention. In this role, you'll be an essential part of Bower's marketing team, directly reporting to the Head of Marketing, and work in close collaboration with the product development team.This on-site role is based at Bower's headquarters in the vibrant Norrsken House, Stockholm.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute our marketing automation strategy across different markets.

• Design and launch multi-channel communications using Braze, including emails, push notifications, and in-app content.

• Manage our newsletters and in-app campaigns from conception to analysis, continuously seeking improvement.

• Collaborate closely with the product team to implement a continuous test-and-learn approach.

• Oversee projects within product-driven marketing to expand and retain our user base.

• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

• Leverage the full potential of Braze, creating user journeys that promote loyalty and engagement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for feature launches and A/B testing.

You would be a great fit for this role:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, user communication, and analysis.

• Proficiency with CRM tools, such as Braze & Hubspot

• Experience from analytics tools like Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.

• Demonstrated success in creating communication that boosts user engagement.

• Familiarity with digital environments, highly meritorious if experienced form apps.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

• Startup experience or readiness to thrive in a dynamic setting.

• A strong analytical mindset with a passion for making a difference.
