About the Role

The Business Program Manager, Masterclass, leads one of AltSchool’s most dynamic and high-impact learning products: a premium experience where global and industry experts deliver intensive 4–6 week virtual, hybrid, and physical sessions designed to accelerate learner growth beyond traditional diploma tracks.

You are the Chief Operator and Business Owner of the Masterclass product, responsible for its strategic direction, business performance, and learner outcomes. This includes identifying and securing expert facilitators, curating transformational content, managing enrolments, driving revenue, and ensuring every Masterclass exceeds expectations in quality, engagement, and impact.

This role demands someone who thrives at the intersection of education, business, and community impact, able to translate ideas into scalable programs that attract learners, partners, and thought leaders. You will own the full cycle of program design, delivery, and optimization, from identifying trending topics and sourcing instructors to ensuring learner satisfaction and achieving commercial success.
