We are now searching for several Field Test Engineers experienced in Electronics and Software Development who will play a pivotal part in ensuring our technology!
The role:
In this role you will have several areas of responsibilities; Electronics Design, Testing and Troubleshooting, Requirement demand towards suppliers, hands-on work and Documentation and Reporting. Therefore, you play a pivotal role for AirForestry’s development. You will develop and optimize electronic components and systems for the products, execute extensive testing and troubleshooting of electronical systems to ensure its reliability and performance. Further, this means cooperating with suppliers to ensure that components and materials meet our specifications and quality demands, you are a hands-on team member who executes building and repairing prototypes to ensure our projects runs smoothly but also produce and maintain detailed documentation and requirement specification of our projects. You will also be a part of the development and maintenance of our software applications.
Need to have:
- Relevant education within mechatronics, electronics or similar area
- Minimum 2-3 years of working with mechatronics or other related areas
- Confident in working both independently and in teams
- Strong problem solver and accuracy
- Strong ownership, dependability
Nice to have:
- Experience of Altium (ECAD) regarding electronics design
- Knowledge in power electronics
- Experience in Software Development in Python or C++/C
- Experience of micro controllers such as STM32
- A good understanding of wireless communication technology
Languages:
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
