Employee Experience Partner

About Aidoc
Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.
Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.
Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.
About this role
The Global Employee Experience Partner is part of Aidoc’s People Talent Growth & Employee Experience team and is responsible for shaping, scaling, and continuously improving the employee experience across key moments that matter.
This is a temporary maternity leave coverage role, intended to ensure continuity, quality, and momentum across key Employee Experience priorities during the coverage period. The role helps translate Aidoc’s Employee Experience strategy into meaningful, consistent, and high-quality experiences that strengthen belonging, well-being and personal support, connection, and pride across geographies.
This role should be grounded in Aidoc’s EEX strategic approach: employee experience is not a separate layer, but a holistic system that lives in the day-to-day and in the spaces we intentionally create. As Aidoc grows, some experiences that once happened naturally now require more intentional design, clearer ownership, and stronger operationalization.
The Global Employee Experience Partner will help connect the many touchpoints employees experience across professional and personal life into one coherent Care-System that helps people feel empowered, seen, and supported. This role should contribute not only to culture, but also to the outcomes the strategy is meant to driveretention, productivity, resilience, and talent attraction.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who combines strong program ownership and project management with sensitivity to people, culture, and context. You should be equally comfortable picking up an existing plan, leading initiatives end-to-end, listening to employee and leader feedback, and turning insights into practical action with a fast ramp-up and strong handoff mindset. This is a hands-onrole that collaborates closely with stakeholders within and beyond the People team.
