We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our R&D organization by hiring exceptional software engineers across backend, full stack, and related technical domains. This role is a fit for someone who knows how to engage senior engineering talent, build trust with technical leaders, and run thoughtful, high-quality hiring processes from end to end.
Beyond strong recruiting fundamentals, we are looking for a recruiter who is interested in improving how recruiting works, someone who notices process gaps, thinks in a structured way, and is curious about using automation and new AI tools to work smarter.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering Leaders - You will work closely with hiring managers and R&D leadership to understand team needs, technical requirements, and hiring priorities and translate business goals into clear hiring strategies and execution plans
- Own Full-Cycle Engineering Recruitment - you will manage the full hiring process for engineering roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing. You will focus primarily on hiring backend, full-stack, and software infrastructure engineers, often at senior and staff levels.
- Build Strong Technical Talent Pipelines - you will source and engage high-quality engineering candidates through advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, direct outreach, referrals, communities, and targeted campaigns, and you will maintain long-term pipelines for critical engineering roles.
- Deliver a High-Quality Candidate Experience - you will guide candidates through a thoughtful and structured process, partner with interviewers to ensure interviews are consistent, fair, and aligned with hiring standards
- Use Data to Improve Recruiting - you will track and analyze recruiting metrics and continuously refine sourcing strategies based on data and market insights
- Improve Recruiting Processes - you will identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and collaboration with hiring teams. You will explore ways to leverage automation, AI tools, and no-code systems to streamline recruiting operations.
- Strengthen Employer Brand - Promote Aidoc as a destination for top engineering talent through thoughtful outreach, partnerships, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Engineering Recruiting Expertise - 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech environments
- Strong experience hiring software engineers, especially backend and full-stack developers. Experience hiring senior and experienced engineers is strongly preferred
- Strong Sourcing Capabilities - proven ability to identify and engage engineering talent through creative sourcing strategies. Comfort working with technical talent markets and developer communities
- Structured Interviewing Skills - ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes and guide hiring managers toward strong, evidence-based decisions
- Data-Driven Mindset - Comfortable using recruiting metrics and pipeline data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Curiosity About Tools and Automation - interest in improving recruiting efficiency through automation, AI tools, or process improvements. You don’t need to be an expert, but should have curiosity and willingness to experiment
- Collaboration and Communication - strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with engineering leaders and candidates
