Experienced Corporate Controller | US GAAP & NetSuite Expert | 5+ Years High-Tech & Big 4 Background

Our Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a hands-on Corporate Controller to play a central role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting, while strengthening processes, controls, and compliance across Aidoc. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Payroll, Tax, and auditors, and support the company’s growth, system implementations, and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead processes and people, in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Manage the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process of the Company.
• Manage the preparation of the US GAAP consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure expenses are recognized in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and verify proper implementation of new accounting standards across the subsidiaries.
• Work with the Company's external auditors and lead the annual audit process.
• Manage and monitor the Company's cash flow, burn rate and deposit plan.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure all operating expenses comply with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Lead intercompany and transfer pricing processes and reconciliation.
• Manage any tax filing and audits.
• Serve as a focal point for payroll operations.
• Provide technical accounting guidance for the group on various accounting issues.
• Perform and implement different controls to ensure proper posting in the books.
• Work closely with the Procurement function to ensure purchasing processes are properly executed and aligned with financial controls and policies.
• Verify proper implementation of the company's processes and policies (Procurement, T&E, Order to cash, etc.).
• Streamline workflows, automate data entry, and lead system implementations to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Experience at one of the big 4 accounting firms, in the high-tech department.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a controller in a global high-tech company.
• Managerial experience of at least one year – big advantage.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting from a leading institute.
• High technical accounting skills- US-GAAP.
• High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
• NetSuite ERP Experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Project management skills.
