About this role

Aidoc’s Medical Quality group is responsible for one of the most complex professional domains in the company - constantly monitoring the Medical Quality of Aidoc’s product in production at scale.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage Healthcare domain experts in one of the most impactful and fast-paced teams in the company.
  • You will manage an Elite unit inside Aidoc and as such you will be responsible for a team that performs a very accurate role with very little margin for error, and will manage the processes and standards for driving continuous professional improvement to unprecedented levels.
  • Your team will provide services to many other teams and projects in the company in parallel. You will manage highly complex sprints. Each sprint includes dozens of time-sensitive tasks, and unexpected changes on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • You are a people person. You truly care about your team members first and foremost. You have experience managing people in fast-paced and intense environments, providing guidance, and sharing the big picture in challenging situations.
  • You have vast experience (5+ years) managing a large and highly distributed team (8+ employees), controlling a vast array of time-sensitive tasks in parallel.
  • Analytical Thinker who believes in data-driven management. You are passionate about driving your team forward in light of data and KPIs. You are able to ask wise questions and make decisions even using relatively unstructured data (such as dashboards, and metrics containing uncertainty).
  • Impact-Driven Doer. You are creative and proactive, with a proven record of bringing significant impact to your organization. You consistently drive innovative solutions and advance team performance.
  • Operational Champion - Possesses a strong sense of urgency and relevant experience in fast-paced environments, pushing your team to unprecedented levels of professionalism in a highly complex and broad professional domain (Managing a 24/7 team is a plus).
  • Process Expert - Excels at planning and optimizing operational processes. You’re great at identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining calm in the face of unexpected changes.
  • True leader, but also a Team Player. You understand the importance of collaboration and work seamlessly with others to achieve common goals.
  • Clinical or Healthcare Familiarity is a plus for this role.
