JOB FUNCTION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based at the AGL Expertise Center, you will join the Digital & Innovation Department as a Power Platform Administrator.

Your mission will be to supervise and support makers and business teams on a day-to-day basis, ensure the health and security of the platform, and work closely with the architecture and security teams, as well as with teams from the parent company, MSC as administration of the Power Platform ecosystem of the group.

Your responsibilities will include:

Onboarding & new environment setup

  • Onboard new makers & teams on PP best practices, standards and security requirements.

  • Review what new makers have already built (apps, flows, agents, portals) and check it against governance standards — ownership, naming, security, compliance and documentation.

  • Assess the potential capacity and consumption impact of new or evolving solutions (e.g. Copilot Studio and AI Builder credits) before they move into production.

  • Carry out a high-level assessment of new teams' needs.

  • Set up new dedicated environments when required, and configure them: Teams, Security Roles, security groups, DLP, etc.

Center of Excellence (CoE) configuration & governance

  • Configure, deploy & maintain the CoE toolkit and its modules (Core, Governance & Nurture Components, telemetry, reporting dashboards) to support governance at scale.

  • Continuously evolve the CoE setup as usage grows across environments, teams and business units, and keep governance rules and automations up to date.

  • Use CoE inventory and telemetry data to identify inactive, non-compliant or at-risk apps, flows and agents, and drive the corresponding actions with makers.

  • Supervision of existing environments

  • Proactively monitor team activity across all environments.

  • Track capacity consumption: AI Builder credits, Copilot Studio credits, Power Pages credits (login & anonymous).

  • Set up alerts when consumption thresholds are reached.

  • Make sure all initiatives are properly logged into Global Cockpit, so central team can track them.

Interface with the parent company (MSC)

  • Attend meetings with MSC teams on Power Platform administration topics: respond to user requests and resolve identified issues.

  • Attend meetings with security teams: carry out security assessments on Power Pages portals, Power Automate flows, apps and agents.

  • Support makers in implementing remediation actions.

Collaboration with the architecture team

  • Assess new needs and opportunities, and define the high-level design of solutions.

  • Validate the choice of Power Platform technology, and identify risks and points of attention.

  • Take part in discussions on hybrid architecture: integration with business systems hosted in MSC's Azure environment, and the setup of dedicated Azure resources (e.g. VNET injection).

  • Review fusion development initiatives — Power Platform solutions extended with pro-code components (custom connectors, plugins, Azure Functions, PCF components) — to assess architecture soundness, security and maintainability.

  • Assess solutions built with AI-assisted / generative coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, "vibe coding") before they move into production, understanding both the value and the limits of this approach.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform administration, Dynamics 365 administration, Microsoft 365 administration, or a similar platform governance role.

Proven experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments in a large or multi-entity organization, with exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.

Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence, including governance, nurture, telemetry, inventory, and reporting capabilities.

Experience supporting makers and business teams, reviewing applications, flows, agents, or portals, and ensuring alignment with governance, security, compliance, and documentation standards.

Experience working with security, architecture, infrastructure, or central IT teams on platform administration, risk assessment, and remediation activities.

Experience in an international or multi-site environment is strongly valued, ideally within a large-scale organization with multiple business entities and stakeholders.

Equivalent profiles with strong experience administering and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions in large organizations are also encouraged to apply, as Dynamics 365 relies on the same Dataverse foundation as Power Platform.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration principles, including environment management, platform supervision, access management, and governance at scale.

Advanced understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, including their respective usage, constraints, and administration requirements.

Good mastery of Power Platform Center of Excellence capabilities, including inventory management, telemetry, governance dashboards, maker nurturing, and lifecycle monitoring.

Strong understanding of Power Platform security concepts, including Security Roles, security groups, environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention policies, ownership rules, and compliance controls.

Ability to monitor platform activity, identify inactive, non-compliant, or at-risk assets, and trigger appropriate corrective actions with makers and business owners.

Ability to monitor and manage capacity consumption across AI Builder credits, Copilot Studio credits, and Power Pages usage, including threshold definition and alerting mechanisms.

Good understanding of Dataverse administration, solution lifecycle management, application lifecycle management principles, and environment configuration.

Ability to assess fusion development initiatives involving Power Platform and pro-code extensions, such as Power Fx, C#, Azure Functions, custom connectors, plugins, and PCF components.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure architecture and hybrid integration scenarios, including integrations with business systems hosted in Azure environments, is a plus.

Understanding of AI-assisted development approaches, including GitHub Copilot or similar tools, with the ability to assess their value, limitations, and production readiness in Power Platform solutions.

BEHAVORIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong service-oriented mindset, with the ability to support makers and business teams while maintaining clear governance and security standards.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical rules, platform constraints, and governance requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify risks, investigate platform issues, and propose pragmatic remediation actions.

Ability to balance business enablement, innovation, security, and compliance in a fast-growing Power Platform ecosystem.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, architecture teams, security teams, and central IT teams.

Autonomous and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple environments, requests, controls, and follow-up actions in parallel.

Constructive challenger, able to review existing solutions, raise concerns when needed, and guide makers toward sustainable and compliant practices.

Continuous learning mindset, with curiosity for Microsoft technologies, low-code governance, AI capabilities, and platform administration best practices.

Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability for platform health, reliability, security, and adoption.
