CONTEXT & MISSIONS
We are looking for an intern with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to join our digital transformation projects, with a particular focus on Copilot adoption.
6 months, renewable once.
You will report to the Digital & Innovation Manager within AGL Expertise Center. Your main mission will be to support the awareness, understanding, and adoption of Generative AI across the company, with a specific focus on Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Awareness and Training:

Organize workshops and training sessions to present the benefits and use cases of Generative AI.

Create educational materials such as guides, videos, and articles to make Generative AI concepts accessible to users.

Facilitate webinars and internal events to promote the adoption of Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Champion Community Management in Your Region:

Lead and coordinate the champion community in the East Africa region to share best practices, collect user feedback, and ensure alignment with the Group’s AI user community.

Organize regular meetings with champions to monitor progress, initiatives, and adoption dynamics.
Usage Monitoring:

Monitor AI usage across your region and related subsidiaries, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide user support to help resolve issues related to the use of AI tools.
PROFILE
Training & experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Business Information Systems, Change Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in Generative AI, digital innovation, and business productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
Previous experience in user adoption, training, communication, community management, or digital projects is a plus.
Technical skills
Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and AI-assisted productivity use cases.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent Generative AI tools.
Good command of Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Ability to create clear training materials, presentations, user guides, and communication content.
Basic ability to interpret usage data, user feedback, and adoption indicators.
Soft skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-changing digital environment.
Well organized, reliable, and able to manage several activities in parallel.
Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service attitude.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Comfortable working full time at the office (no remote)
Professional English and French is a strong asset.
