  • Where feasible, implement or extend test automation (e.g., API: Postman/Newman or REST-assured; UI: Playwright/Cypress/Selenium); integrate into CI/CD quality gates.

  • Perform basic performance and reliability checks (e.g., JMeter) and raise risks when SLAs are at risk.

  • Support UAT with site users; collect feedback, consolidate defects, and validate fixes prior to release.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, metrics, and tooling.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) for work tracking and defects.

  • Solid functional testing skills; ability to write clear test cases, acceptance criteria, and defect reports.

  • API testing proficiency (e.g., Postman); working SQL skills for data validation.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and Git-based workflows.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Exposure to ServiceNow (A’Care) and cross-tool ticket linkage with Azure DevOps.

  • Test automation experience (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, Postman/Newman, or similar).

  • ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification.
