JOB FUNCTION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Digital & Innovation Project Leader oversees digital & innovation projects throughout the organization. This position focuses on supporting the Group’s various business units by delivering digital and innovative solutions that boost overall business performance. The ideal applicant will have a keen understanding of business issues and the foresight to anticipate needs and craft strategic solutions. Your expertise in innovation will help you effectively manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
A successful candidate will be skilled at delivering project results, facilitating interviews and workshops with business stakeholders, internal and external clients and partners, and creating thorough reports for management.
Project Delivery & Execution

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex or high-impact digital & innovation projects, including initiatives run with startups or external partners

Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables

Build and maintain detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resources)

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Manage dependencies across multiple projects or programs

Manage relationships with external partners such as startups, ecosystem partners, customers and internal stakeholders
Governance, Risk & Compliance

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
-
Ensure compliance with internal standards, security, and regulatory requirements
-
Manage change control processes and scope evolution
-
Make go/no-go recommendations at key project milestones
Workshops, Challenge, Co-Creation Facilitation and Team Leadership

Enable collaborative work between cross-functional and international teams, including internal experts, designers, developers, data teams, and startup collaborators

Design, prepare, and facilitate design thinking / ideation workshops
· Foster accountability, collaboration, and performance culture
· Resolve escalations and unblock teams
· Promote best practices in project management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Design, plan, and execute open innovation challenges from initial concept to final demo day.

Manage participant engagement, logistics, and timelines on such events
Methodology & Continuous Improvement

Select and tailor delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Prince2, PMI, etc.)

Improve project management and innovation process standards, tools, and templates
-
Contribute to PMO maturity and organizational capability
-
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to portfolio planning, structure insights, map customer journeys, define value propositions, and prioritize digital & innovation opportunities
· Identify synergies across initiatives
· Anticipate future risks, capacity constraints, and change impacts
· Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on delivery feasibility
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A Master’s degree (from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent program)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing innovation process and project management

Fluency in both English and French
-
Strong interest in the digital world and new technologies
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / SAFe - Waterfall / V-model - Hybrid approaches)

Project planning, risk management, dependency management

Project governance and executive reporting
-
Innovation process and design thinking methodology with ability to design and facilitate workshops

Solid understanding of IT / digital environments (without needing to be a technical expert)

Expertise in UX/UI, user experience, and low-code technologies are considered an advantage
