Job Description

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals

  2. Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)

  3. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts

  4. Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activity to optimize performance

  5. Respond to comments, messages, and online engagements in a timely and professional manner

  6. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches

  7. Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI

  8. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns where applicable

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva)

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an added advantage

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
