Job Description

1. Develop and design creative assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, and presentations

2. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to bring concepts and campaigns to life

3. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials

4. Create engaging visual content for social media and digital advertising campaigns

5. Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and layouts as required

6. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

7. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively

8. Support in video editing and motion graphics where necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design work

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
