🙌 The role as Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist, your objective is to ensure high customer retention, scalable growth, and big impact with beyond happy clients accelerating their sustainability efforts. In this role you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our Product and Engineering teams and gain deep knowledge of the Worldfavor product. Hence, you’ll support customer problem-solving, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Furthermore, you’ll:
- Use your innovative and analytical thinking to set the strategy for and streamline our support system.
- Build up our helpdesk function and drive automatization.
- Enhance the online training and guiding experience in our platform.
Who are you?
With a genuine passion for service and a strong interest in IT, we believe your background lies within support, sales and/or customer success. And, if that experience comes from a SaaS company, that’s even better!
Since our product is quite complex and continuously evolving, an understanding (and interest!) of the elements of software development is highly relevant. With a proactive mindset, you feel confident in checking the configuration and verifying the setup when needed. You’re an excellent communicator and can easily get your message through, with the confidence to present to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, it’s also crucial that you:
- Are resilient, meaning that you’ll get the job done and stay with a task until it’s resolved
- Don’t shy away from ambiguous situations and ask the right questions to untangle them
- Are a great relationship builder. You know how to build credibility fast with a variety of stakeholders
- Have an eye for commonalities and streamlining, eager to automate wherever possible
- Have a University degree and/or equivalent background with a few years in a similar role.
As our Customer Support Specialist, you’ll need to be fluent in (both) English (and Swedish) and located in or nearby Stockholm, Sweden.
