🙌 The role as Customer Success Intern
As a Customer Success Intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with your colleagues, working together to drive our customers' sustainability efforts to new heights. In addition to the previously mentioned responsibilities, you will get a better understanding of how companies work with sustainability and how the Worldfavor platform creates transparency for global organizations.
Furthermore, this role provides an excellent learning opportunity that extends beyond customer success. You will gain valuable insights into how businesses integrate sustainability into their operations and strategies. Witnessing firsthand how the Worldfavor platform plays a pivotal role in creating transparency for global organizations will offer you a unique perspective on the intersection between technology and sustainability in the business world, this experience will not only enhance your skills in sustainability but also broaden your knowledge in sustainable business practices.
✅ What you will do
📞 Provide prompt and knowledgeable responses to inquiries about the Worldfavor platform, guiding clients on maximizing its various functions.
💡 Understand and anticipate our clients' needs and finding innovative ways to meet and exceed their expectations.
🔝 Assist in the development of streamlined processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
📅 Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, working together to resolve any technical or operational challenges.
🤓 Assist in projects such as customer onboardings and customer trainings to ensure high levels of platform-adoption, ensuring maximized added value to our customers.
📊 Assist in analyzing customer data and generating reports to identify trends, measure customer engagement, and gain insights for continuous improvement.
🗂️ Collect, organize and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and suggest improvements.
🤝 Collaborate with your colleagues, providing valuable support during customer meetings or within the platform to elevate our customers' sustainability work.

🌼 Have a strong interest in sustainability and how technology can contribute to a more sustainable future.
🙌 Possess experience in customer-facing roles, which can include part-time or summer jobs where you have interacted directly with customers.
🎓 Currently are studying at a university with a focus on Business Administration or Sustainability, providing you with a solid foundation for this role.
💬 Are fluent in English, both in speech and writing, to effectively communicate and assist our international customers.
💪 Are a proactive individual who demonstrates self-Leadership, take initiative, and show the ability to drive projects independently. We value team members who can set clear goals, stay organized, and work effectively to meet customer success objectives.
We are open to interns by the start of 2024. The ideal candidate would be able to start January and stay for at least four to five months. Please add your availability in your application. This is an unpaid internship that must be a part of your university degree. We prefer that you can work full time during the internship period.
We have several previous interns that have continued their careers at Worldfavor, both as part-time employees as well as full-time and for the right person there might be possibilities to continue working at Worldfavor after the internship.
