Customer Success Manager

Winningtemp offers unique and revolutionary technology for supporting and enabling successful teams. This is done by collecting, visualizing, and taking action on real-time data regarding the employee's experience of leadership, meaningfulness, teamwork, and overall work situation.

Today we are about 80 people working at Winningtemp, with different backgrounds and experiences, and with a common goal to forever change how People Succeed Together! Our head office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden, and we also have our team in Stockholm, Ukraine and Oslo.

About the Role

We are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to the Norweigan market, eager to support our customers and enhance their journey with Winningtemp. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients fully leverage our solutions to achieve their business goals. The role will be based in Oslo, and you will be part of a small team working together to serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement from onboarding to ongoing account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively identify opportunities for customer growth and development, advocating for customer needs within the company.
  • Analyse customer usage data to provide insights and improve their experience with our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Facilitate training sessions to empower customers and enhance their understanding of Winningtemp functionalities.
  • Proactively identify risks by working data-driven, and deliver potential actions/ideas in collaboration with the customer’s need.
  • Ensure customer data is continuously updated in applicable systems.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, who can handle multiple customer accounts and foster positive customer relationships. You are comfortable working closely with C-level stakeholders, HR-leaders, and key influencers in various teams.

You are curious by nature, and a fast learner when it comes to technical platforms and solutions. Ideally, you have a background from working with HR-tech, and have an interest in understanding the links between employee engagement and business performance.

Competencies and qualifications

• BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or equivalent relevant experience
• Previous experience from working in a customer-oriented role, B2B, for at least 3 years.
• Great communication skills, and ability to train and inspire customers in using our platform.
• Proven track record of relationship management (ex: leading role, change management, customer trainings).
• Service-minded and business oriented.
• Fluent in Norweigan and English, both verbal and written.
