So what is the role about? 🌟
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our product. You will lead a strong cross-functional product team focusing on specific areas within our product offering. You will work with the end-to-end product lifecycle from insights and discovery to shipping new features.

At Winningtemp we believe in empowered cross-functional product teams, meaning you are responsible to drive business outcomes for your team. In your team, you will work with product designers, engineers, tech lead / scrum masters and QA. Together you will execute on our product vision and roadmap by creating and delivering innovative solutions that solve everyday business problems and not just delivering solutions.

The Product Manager controls the roadmap, execution and delivery within her/his domain with great freedom and in line with the company's overall product vision.

As Product Manager you need to understand and translate business objectives and requests into actionable initiatives, handle prioritization, involve and inform stakeholders, leading the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation into deployment and further incremental improvements.

At Winningtemp we work with modern product management tools such as Productboard, Figma, FigJam, Jira, Loop, Heap, AppCues, Databricks, etc.

What you will do 🌟

You will be the Product Manager, leading one of our 4 Product teams. Your responsibility will include:

• Work closely with Product Leadership to create, own and maintain a roadmap and product backlog aligned with the overall strategy for your area.
• Work with product discovery together with product designer, engineers, people scientist and other relevant team members.
• Create a vision for new features aligned with the company's product vision and strategy. Be responsible for the outcome through discovery, delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with product marketing manager to support Sales, Customer Success, Product Support and other teams with knowledge of new features and products.
• Work proactively with stakeholders to validate insights, priorities, roadmap and release plans.
• Set success metrics for initiatives to measure success.
• Manage epics/feature backlog prioritization, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Scrum ceremonies together with the tech lead / scrum master and the rest of your team.
• Monitor the quality of your domain together with your team and act quickly on business-critical bugs and errors. Gather feedback, analyze data and trends to continually improve our products.

Your team and manager👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

You will join our Product team, reporting to Kristofer Hillhammar, our CPTO. Within your team you will work closely with our 3 other Product Managers, a Product Marketing Manager, a People Scientist and 3 Product Designers. In your cross-functional team you will work with close to a Product Designer, a Tech lead, a Scrum Master and our fantastic developers, just to mention a few. Supported by a Dev Manager and guilds for Architecture, frontend, design, etc.

It is a close collaboration, and it is there to enable high velocity, experimentation and structure for the team.

You are a team player and enjoy sharing ideas and learnings with the people around you. You are curious and eager to take in other people’s views at the same time as you generously share your ideas. You enjoy analyzing how products and features are used and how they provide value to customers. You have strong communication skills and are used to working closely with customers.
We believe you have at least 4 years of relevant experience from previous Product Management / Product Owner roles, preferably from fast paced B2B SaaS environment. You have experience working with Scrum teams and agile methods and are fluent in both English and Swedish.
