What’s Important at Upshop
Core Values
- Being Extremely Accountable. We own outcomes end-to-end. We do what we say, fix what we break, and proactively close the loop.
- We are Biased for Action. Move with urgency and ownership. We make informed decisions quickly, iterate, and course correct with data.
- Remaining Customer Obsessed. Start with the customer and work backward. We deeply understand their needs, pain points, and context and measure success by their outcomes, not our activity.
- Always Innovating. Relentlessly seek better ways. We experiment, learn fast, and turn insights into scalable improvements.
- We Demand Excellence. Hold a high bar for quality, craftsmanship, and results. We set ambitious standards and deliver with pride.
