What you’ll work on

In space and engineering, precision is everything and every number matters. The same principle applies to our finance operations. That is why we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. We’re looking for someone to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, and support the continuous improvement of our accounting processes.

Your mission will include

  • Managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and bank statements.
  • Preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
  • Handling VAT and other tax obligations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
  • Using the Pohoda accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes.

What you bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Experience with the Pohoda accounting software is advantage.
  • Experience in VAT, tax returns, and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Communicative level of English as we have international projects and colleagues from all around the world.
