We are looking for Recruiter who will take full ownership of hiring — from the initial role brief all the way to the final offer.

What you will work on?

You’ll be the person who turns a “we need someone great” into a signed offer — without waiting for the perfect CV to land in your inbox.

In practice, you will:

  • Take the brief and sharpen it with the team lead: what’s a must-have, what’s teachable, and what kind of person will thrive in the team.
  • Hunt, don’t hope. Proactive sourcing and smart outreach (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database) — targeted, personal, and quality-first. No mass copy/paste.
  • Write job ads that actually work — clear, human, and aimed at the right audience (not everyone).
  • Run the process end-to-end: screening, intro calls, interviews (online/on-site), offer — and a smooth candidate experience throughout.
  • Move our recruitment forward — testing new ideas and improving the process
  • And if you’re curious beyond recruiting: you’ll have room to jump into other HR areas too — employer branding, onboarding, or anything else that sparks your interest.
  • You’ll be part of our 5-person Operations team — the crew that keeps things moving across HR, marketing, and back office, in close partnership with our COO.

What we are looking for

  • You’ve already recruited for technical / specialised roles and you understand the end-to-end process.
  • You’re comfortable with sourcing and outreach — and you actually enjoy it.
  • You’re tech-savvy and social media-friendly (LinkedIn is a daily tool, not a scary place).
  • You can look below the surface: assess not just skills, but team & culture fit.
  • Your English is strong (B2/C1).
  • You’re curious and growth-minded — because the tech world never stops, and neither do we.
  • No need for decades of experience. We care more about ownership, quality, and drive.

Hiring process

Intro call with HR (online)

An online introduction with HR where we share the basics about the role and the company, and align expectations on both sides.

In-person interview

You’ll meet your future manager and the team you’d work with. You’ll also give a short presentation and we’ll dive into how you think and approach problems.
