We are looking for a new member of our Finance Team!
We are seeking a junior colleague to join our Finance Department, who will support daily accounting and controlling activities while also contributing to the improvement of internal processes. We offer the opportunity to become an important part of the team, with room for professional growth and active involvement in the company’s operations.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Junior position acting as a link between Accounting and Controlling
- Supporting the accountant with daily agenda (posting incoming invoices, travel expense reports, etc.)
- Cooperation with the CFO in project controlling
- Assistance with regular financial closings
- Active supervision and administration of the company-wide workflow system
- Maximizing the efficiency of internal processes
- Supporting the implementation of new processes
- Optimizing existing processes
- Supporting grant administration
What do we expect from you?
- Strong analytical thinking
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with implementing new processes
- Knowledge of the POHODA accounting system and its BI extension is an advantage
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Communicative level of English (reading comprehension and email communication)
- Secondary school or university education
- Good communication skills and proactive information gathering
- Abilily to work effectively in a team
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to work
- 1–2 years of experience in an international environment is welcome
