Europe’s food system is stuck in polarisation. Goals that should be complementary like farmer livelihoods, food security, environmental sustainability, public health are too often treated as trade-offs. Our mission is to break that stalemate by advancing policies that diversify how Europe produces and consumes proteins (plant, animal and novel), in ways that work for farmers, business and society alike.
