The Future is Fungi Award is a launchpad for frontier fungal startups and science entrepreneurs leveraging fungi for the environmental solutions the world needs. The winners receive funding, access to a top-tier expert network to back their journey, and a spot on the Fungal Hall of Fame. Science entrepreneurs also get access to a 3-month venture builder programme to learn how to take their innovation from the lab to the world. The award is part of a bigger mission and platform, and it’s founded by Susanne Gløersen, a sustainability pioneer and veteran with a mission to transition to a more regenerative and prosperous future fuelled by fungi.
