Climate change is the defining issue of our time. By empowering companies with technology that helps manage their climate impact, we believe Sweep can make a meaningful contribution to a better future for all of us.
Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
As part of our growing Customer Success team, you will be at the heart of our client relationships.
Your role is split between operational client support and active contribution to our strategic customer engagement program (the Roadshow). A great fit if you are people-oriented, organised, have a strong ESG background, and are excited to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Client Support & Content 🤝
Handle inbound client requests (emails, platform-related questions) currently managed by the CSM team
Create client-facing content for pooling accounts: webinars, email campaigns, newsletters
Help build standardised customer-facing materials (slide templates, guides, FAQs, video content)
As you ramp up: take ownership of client calls with guidance from the team
2. Roadshow Operations 🎯
-
Support the planning and execution of our “Customers’ Voice roadshow” program - a structured customer visit initiative to:
Show clients we care and turn them into Sweep sponsors & advocates
Collect on-the-ground insights to build CSM action plans
Feed consolidated market trends into Product feedback sessions
-
This will entail, but won’t be limited to, the following activities:
Contacting customers and organising agendas for the visits ;
Coordinating with the executive sponsors from Sweep (CEO, CTO, CRO, CDO, VP Product) ;
Creating (and handling, for some customers), an interview framework ;
Analysing the results and supporting to design improvement programmes within the CSM organisation, according to customers’ feedback.
At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work.
Whether it's analyzing information, drafting content, improving workflows, designing better employee experiences, or supporting distributed teams, you’ll use AI to work faster and smarter. We provide guidance, tools, and best practices so you can get the most out of it.
We’re looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions. If you naturally reach for AI to amplify what you do, you’ll feel right at home here.
