Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, resolve, and document Salesforce-related bugs and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on root cause analysis and responding to helpdesk tickets.
Release Management: Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, including advancements in AI. Evaluate, test in sandbox environments, and implement relevant updates to leverage the latest platform capabilities.
AppExchange Management: Evaluate, install, configure, and maintain managed packages and applications from the Salesforce AppExchange.
Ongoing Maintenance & Governance: Perform regular system health checks, security reviews, and ongoing maintenance activities. Contribute to the development and enforcement of Salesforce governance policies and best practices.
