This role will lead cross-functional engineering efforts across mechanical, electrical, and systems disciplines to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-performance data center infrastructure.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in data center technologies and strong leadership skills to guide teams in delivering innovative, cost-effective modular solutions.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <p> Lead the <strong>end-to-end engineering and technical delivery</strong> of modular data center projects</p> <p> Define system architecture for <strong>prefabricated/modular data centers</strong>, including power, cooling, and IT infrastructure</p> <p> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and product) to ensure successful system integration</p> <p> Drive <strong>design standardization, scalability, and efficiency improvements</strong> across modular deployments</p> <p> Oversee <strong>vendor selection, technical evaluations, and integration</strong> of critical components (UPS, generators, cooling systems, switchgear, etc.)</p> <p> Ensure compliance with <strong>industry standards, codes, and regulations</strong> (e.g., Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NEC)</p> <p> Provide technical guidance during <strong>manufacturing, assembly, testing, and on-site commissioning</strong></p> <p> Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive resolution across multiple stakeholders</p> <p> Support <strong>cost optimization, reliability, and sustainability initiatives</strong></p> <p> Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field</strong> (Master’s preferred)</li> <li>8+ years of experience in <strong>data center design, infrastructure engineering, or related field</strong></li> <li>Proven experience with <strong>modular/prefabricated data center solutions</strong></li> <li>Strong knowledge of:</li> <ul> <li>Power distribution systems (MV/LV, UPS, generators)</li> <li>Cooling technologies (air and liquid cooling approaches)</li> <li>Data center networking and IT infrastructure basics</li> </ul> <li>Experience with <strong>data center standards and best practices</strong> (Uptime Tier classifications, ASHRAE guidelines, etc.)</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership experience in <strong>technical project delivery</strong></li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with <strong>hyperscale or colocation data centers</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>liquid cooling and high-density compute environments</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>DFM (Design for Manufacturing)</strong> and modular fabrication processes</li> <li>Professional certifications (e.g., <strong>PE, PMP, CDCP/CDCS</strong>)</li> <li>Experience with <strong>sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient data center design</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Attractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Medical Insurance Plan.</p> </li> <li> <p>401k Employee volunteer contribution Plan.</p> </li> <li> <p>A great work environment characterized by friendliness, international diversity, flexibility, and a hybrid-friendly approach.</p> </li> <li> <p>You´ll be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a mission to make a positive impact, offering an exciting career evolution.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Our job titles may span more than one job level.
