Your impact
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive “go-getter” who can effectively engage with clients, quickly understand their needs, and convert conversations into business outcomes.
What you'll do
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting to closure
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Develop account plans to maximize growth and retention
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client business needs and align solutions accordingly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention
3. Opportunity Development
- Engage with prospects and clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Take conversations forward and move deals through the pipeline effectively
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft effective solutions
- Support proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Ensure seamless handover for project execution post-closure
5. Market Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and sales strategies
What you'll need
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to close deals
- Experience in B2B sales (technology, data center, or infrastructure domain preferred)
- A “hunter” mindset with strong ownership of targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated
- Fast learner with adaptability to changing market conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
- 3–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in B2B sales (technology, data center, or infrastructure domain preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA is a plus
