What impact you will have

You will develop government and enterprise accounts in India, creating strong partnerships with public sector organizations and strategic enterprises to drive Submer’s growth.

What you’ll do

· Identify, engage, and develop government and large enterprise clients .

· Lead the full sales cycle including RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations.

· Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders withing different Govt agencies.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers.

· Collaborate with delivery, Channel Sales and technical teams for successful solution deployment.

· Achieve sales targets while providing market feedback to influence strategy.

What you’ll need

· Proven experience selling to government and enterprise clients.

· Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work cross-functionally and in an international environment.

· Successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
