What impact you will have

We are looking for a strategic, highly organized Associate Chief of Staff to support the Transformation Department in driving organizational change, optimizing processes, and enhancing strategic initiatives. In this role, you will act as a key advisor, providing high-level support in decision-making, project execution, and cross-functional alignment. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless execution of critical initiatives, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen to drive impactful outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Transformation Department and leadership team to execute high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to track progress and drive accountability.
  • Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as a bridge between departments to align business goals and drive transformation efforts.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings to support leadership decision-making.
  • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to shaping the company’s transformation strategy.
  • What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
