What impact you will have

As a Product Manager at Submer, you will gather and evaluate market requirements from our strategic customers across North America and define product strategies. Together with the Product Owners you will define strategies, requirements and new features for Submer products. Additionally, you will help to define the Submer Product Portfolio roadmap, ensuring that our solutions meet customer requirements in the short, mid and long term.

What you’ll do

• Define product strategies.
• Define product requirements.
• Define and prioritize product new features.
• Utilize your project management skills to assure the proper market fit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with customer needs and company strategy.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and turn them into new features that can be integrated into Submer products.
• Engage with marketing, sales & presales to understand critical markets & customers to focus on.
• Define US Market standard regulations (National, local, government projects, Data Center, FWS or Enterprise regulations) & certifications (NRTL, OSHAs...)
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including market analysis, roadmap development, product launch...)
• Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and accountability within the Product team.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related fields; master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in product management role managing technical (hardware with embedded software) products.
• Experience in Datacenter market and the ability to explain technical concepts in context of business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in full Product life cycle management.
• The ability to conduct market research and prioritize product investments based on technology and business trends.
• Ability to analyze technology trends and make a solid business case as to which features should be prioritized based on impact to revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and business stakeholders within Submer and customers.
• Travel Requirements: 35% travel within US with some travel to our HQ in Barcelona.
