What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, while expanding Submer’s market share in North America.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to align sales initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and a shared vision of sustainability within the data center industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to broaden Submer’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and ensure Submer maintains a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or other diverse educational backgrounds.
- Proven experience in senior sales roles within the technology or data center industry.
- Strong understanding of data center technologies, products, and solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to win new logos and build on follow-on revenue streams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
