What Impact You Will Have

We are seeking a dynamic, customer orientated and results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth in India. The successful candidate will be a persuasive strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and possess a proven track record of successful projects in the data center industry.

What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Provide leadership, direction to the broader team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Passionate about creating a sustainable eco system in the data center industry.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand the company's market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in senior sales roles within the technology or data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center technologies, products, and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
