We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Associate Chief of Staff to support the Transformation Department in driving organizational change and process improvements. This role will assist with project coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and eager to develop skills in strategy and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Transformation Department by tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Assist in creating project plans, meeting agendas, and detailed notes for follow-up.
- Conduct research and data analysis to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to developing new procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and implement innovative, customer-focused initiatives.
- Help create presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or consultancy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and senior leadership levels.
- Proficiency with project management software and CRM tools.
- A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving organizational success.
- Fluent level of English.
