What Impact You Will Have

In this role, the successful candidate will become a part of the Field Services team, taking part in the services offering to our customers and/or supporting Submer partners to perform these activities.

What You’ll Do

The Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Manage the preparation and execution of services by gathering essential information, preparing the necessary documents, and align with the customer and/or 3rd parties
• Provide technical and organizational support to customers, teammates, and partners throughout all the project implementation
• Support customers onsite during the immersion cooling solution installation
• Execute commissioning services according to Submer procedures
• Train customers at the beginning of operations
• Support Customer Care team to troubleshoot and resolve incidences/malfunctions
• Perform onsite preventive and corrective maintenance services
• Channel the information collected from internal tools to provide the highest standards of support to our customers or partners
• Support training of services team to perform the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance according to Submer procedures
  
  

What You’ll Need

To perform in this job, you will likely have:

• Prove experience (2 to 5 years) in related positions
• Proven hands-on experience for installation, commissioning, and maintenance services
• Proven hands-on experience maintaining electronic low voltage systems
• If possible, previous experience in Datacenter/HPC/Supercomputing or products and systems related to this sector
• Fluent in English and other languages very valued
• Availability to travel as required to support on-site projects, partners, and customers
• Driving license
