What Impact You Will Have

In this role, the successful candidate will become a part of the NAM Field Services team (based in our facilities next to Huston, Texas), taking part in the services offering to our customers and/or supporting Submer partners to perform these activities.

What You’ll Do

The Field Services Technician will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the preparation of services execution by gathering essential information, preparing the necessary documents, and align with 3rd parties when needed
• Prepare and validate planning of intervention
• Provide technical and organizational support to customers, teammates, and partners during the E2E for the start of operations of immersion cooling solutions
• Support customers on-site during the immersion cooling solution installation
• Commissioning of Immersion Cooling solutions according to Submer procedures
• Train customers at the beginning of operations to ensure optimal usage of Submer products
• Support Customer Care team to troubleshoot potential incidences/malfunctions
• Perform on-site preventive and/or corrective maintenance support to customers
• Channel the information collected from internal tools to provide the highest standards of support to our customers or partners as a part of the customer care process
  
  

In Addition, The Field Services Technician Will Support The

• Training and certification of Installation partners to perform the installation and commissioning of Submer Immersion Cooling solutions according to the specifications
• Training and certification of Operation partners to be able to give operate, maintain, and support customers during the operation of Submer Immersion Cooling solutions according to the specifications
  
  

What You’ll Need

To perform in this job, you’ll likely have:

• 2 - 5 years related job experience
• Proven hands-on experience
• If possible – experience in Datacenter/HPC/Supercomputing or products related to this sector
• Fluent in English. Other languages will be very valued
• Availability to travel as required to support on-site projects, partners, and customers
• Driving license
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills
• Efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals
• Ability to balance multiple projects with a proven track record
• Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills, able to work independently or in a team environment
• ITIL certified desirable
